In a decision written by Chief Justice Roberts, the Supreme Court ruled today that the Trump administration violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) when they ended the DACA program.
We are waiting for guidelines from USCIS because of this decision. For now, current DACA holders continue to be able to renew their work permits. It is our hope that new applicants who were not able to apply for DACA when the Trump administration stopped the program in 2017 will finally be able to file for their applications.
We will keep you updated of any developments.
