A rule took effect on October 31, 2022 regarding DACA applications and cases – but it is still limited by current court orders (specifically the injunction issued by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas).
USCIS will continue to accept and process renewal DACA requests along with applications for advance parole for current DACA recipients.
Regarding new or initial DACA applications, USCIS will continue to accept these applications but cannot process them due to the court injunction.
